1803 kitchen

Before grid electricity, kitchens were very nice and good. In particular the fire stove has two temperatures for cooking: flame and coals. You can bake bread on coals, but flame is too hot for example, whereas flame is perfect for quickly bringing water to the boil. Old kitchens are just as good as electric kitchens.
