Another spinner – What are they seeing before they die? Or are killed?

Theres many many videos of this phenomena now. They look over their shoulder at something, then stick the arm out and then commence spinning and drop down in a fit convulsing and die. Its clearly a new phenomena since jabs and 5G were rolled out. StAy sAfE
