AND: If we remove from our analysis man-made interference in bird flight paths (cars, glass windows, wind power rotor blades etc) then we can see that birds are FLAWLESS aviators that prove SAFER in the air than commercial pilots. Keeping in mind the above, birds never crash, never make a mistake like running out of fuel, or fuel starvation, or forgetting to lower the wheels for landing, birds never get lost in air navigation in complex forests or across continents like migratory ducks geese pelicans etc, know how to get home every time like homing pigeons, can fly in massive spontaneously morphing formations without collisions. Birds never are the poster boy check and training safety captain of KLM boeing 747 who misinterprets or mishears air traffic control radio instruction and causes a massive collision with snother heavy jet killing hundreds of people. Birds like the Albatros are so brilliant they can gly day and night over the sea and ocean without returning to dry land for several months! A 2 month non-stop flight!!! Can any commercial pilot match this performance?
